Welcome to the Valley Circle Estates website. The Board of Directors of Valley Circles Estates and its Website Committee have created this site so that all homeowners in the Association will have a convenient resource from which to learn more about the community and about the workings of the Association.

Valley Circle Estates is a hillside residential real estate development located in the northwestern region of the City of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley communities of Woodland Hills and West Hills. The unique location of Valley Circle Estates allows many of its homeowners to enjoy spectacular views of the San Fernando Valley and the surrounding mountains.

Adjacent to the beautifully sited development is the large open space formerly known as Ahmanson Ranch. In years gone by, the 4000 acre ranch was a favorite site of Hollywood's major studios and many films, including the immortal "Gone With the Wind", were shot on location there. More recently, the ranch has been acquired by the Santa Monica Mountain Conservancy and is being preserved in its natural state as a park.

Valley Circle Estates is conveniently located with easy access to freeways, local shopping centers, entertainment complexes and medical facilities. Valley Circle Estates boasts an on-site 24 hour Security Patrol and is served by El Camino Real High School, a multiple winner of the Academic Decathlon National Championship. Some homes in the development are also served by the highly regarded Las Virgenes School District. A Board of Directors, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers, oversees management of the Association's affairs.

Valley Circle Estates is in the City's third Councilmanic district, currently represented by Councilman Dennis Zine.

Our Goals
This site was conceived as a homeowner resource providing both access to Association related information and a convenient means for homeowners to communicate with the Board of Directors through our Management Company.

Your Board of Directors anticipates this site will serve our members well by:

Keeping Homeowners informed concerning activities of the Association.
Improving communications between homeowners and their Board.
Fostering a better understanding of the Board’s work.
Facilitating the implementation of Association policies.
Providing convenient homeowner access to Rules, Policies and Procedures.
Improving and standardizing the implementation of the Rules and Policies.
Providing for future expansion of the site without costly redesign.

Navigating the Site The menu buttons at the left of the page will take you where you want to go. Just make sure the mouse is over the button label before you click. You will know this because the label text will change to bold and a helpful tag will drop down telling you where the button takes you.

When you are finished looking at it you can either close the window or keep it open to refer to later.

To download a copy of any document, navigate to the "Home" page (which is where you now are) click on the "Documents" menu item which will take you to a page containing general information. To get to the list of documents available for viewing or download click on the "Document Files" menu item on the "Documents" page which will take you to the page containing the list of documents. Find the document you are interested in and click either the "View" or "Download" link next to the file name.
